Loved the location and the view from the room. It was on the 22nd floor and had a beautiful view of Shibuya and a bit of the crossing scramble, especially at night. The location was perfect near the train station and there were plenty of places to explore around the area. Staff was exceptional and were extremely helpful and made sure all my needs were met. Even they were considerate to book a female taxi driver for me to feel comfortable as I was a female solo traveller to help me get to the airport.

Mina

Location, it is right above Shibuya Mark City beside Shibuya crossing. You can head back to the hotel anytime you want as it is so convenient. We stayed at a tall level which gave us a very clear and unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline (except blocked by the taller Cerulean Tower hotel). The hotel is also right beside Shibuya Mark City Highway Bus Terminal, which can bring you straight to Haneda Airport and places like Karuizawa and Fuji-Q highland.

Central in Shibuya. View of the Shibuya crossing from the lift area. I believe some rooms you can view it directly. Main train station, making visits to Harajuku, Akihabara etc very easy. Also train line for Narita Express straight to airport or the hotel offers limousine bus to Narita airport too. Restaurants abound downstairs. Hachiko statue just across the famous Shibuya crossing.

The hotel is attached to the metro station and this is great. It is very close to Shibuya crossing and there are many restaurants nearby. There was a wonderful market just outside the hotel. the room was spacious.
